·         Two adventurous young men (well we feel young and adventurous)

·         Hours of cycle training building two perfectly toned bottoms

·         Using all our British cunning to seek out real ale equivalents

·         Cycling from Bilbao to Gibraltar with suntan lotion

·         Getting up at 6AM to avoid the midday sun

·         Communicating with the Spanish phrase book and pointing
