Update July 15:
We did it!
It was a nice sunny day on Sunday, a bit warm for running but not too bad. I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was great and best of all of us everybody from Yara made it.
Thank you again for your support.

Update June 29:
Humberside Half marathon completed on Sunday, the hottest day of the year ... of course. But I made it through! So now it's full focus on the 10k in London. I hope it will be a bit cooler since I will run wearing a YaraMila fertilizer bag!
Thank you so much to everybody that have sponsored me so far. I've been overwhelmed by your generosity. And please continue to give your support to RABI.
---------------------------------------------
This is my first charity run ever ... and my second race ever!
Charity runs are alien to us Norwegians. However, when Yara got the opportunity to sponsor and participate in this race to support the excellent work of RABI, I wanted to take part. So here I am, training for a 10k.
I've done a bit of running on and off the last 3-4 years but I'm more into long and slow rather than 'short' and fast. I'm not built for speed so I'm a bit apprehensive about 10k. And it doesn't help that I'm doing the Humberside half marathon two weeks before ... definitely bad planning.
However, I'll make sure to complete with a smile! What's important is to raise money for RABI who is 150 years this year. Thousands of farming families have benefitted from their support over the years.
So please please please ... any contribution will be greatly appreciated.
... and I'm up for most challenges if it results in more money raised :-)
