<p><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;"><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.5pt;">I have made perhaps not one of my most sensible decisions in that I am running the Brooks Brighton 10k on the 20th Nov, early Sunday morning I might add! Anyway to stop me from coming to my senses anytime between now and then I would really appreciate your support in the way of hard cash to my chosen charity which is RISE.</span></span></p>

They do some amazing work and every year they support over 800 women and their families to recover and reclaim their lives</span></span></p>
