As many of you know, Ellie was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease over two years ago. She is a super star and has taken everything on board in such a grown up and responsible way! When Ellie was first diagnosed, we had no idea where to start with making the massive changes to her diet. Coeliac UK was a huge lifeline to us and we rely heavily on their advice on a daily basis! Ellie is so much better since we made those changes, she is finally starting to grow and put on weight and has a lovely healthy colour in her cheeks!
