Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. I am planning to run the London Marathon in memory of my dad who completed the run first in 1985. He went on to completed it in 1986 and 1994. He also ran the Great North Run in 1997 dressed as Lightning from the Gladiators. He carried a bucket to collect money on his way round the course to raise money for Cancer research. He did all this whilst he was fighting cancer himself. Sadly he lost his battle against this aggressive disease a few years later and has been greatly missed ever since. Just recently one of my great friends has also been battling cancer. I want to raise as much money as possible to help stop this horrid disease from spreading further. Thank you so much for your support and fingers crossed I manage to get round the whole course!
