Hello

 

To support Barnardo’s, I have signed up, in a moment of madness) to abseil down the side of my work building, approximately 40 metres (7 floors!!)  to the ground

 

I’m scared of heights, so the thought of this is making me feel quite nervous but I am determined to overcome my fear :)

 

Barnardo’s is a great charity. They produce campaign reports to influence key decision makers and provide evidence of what works to improve the outcomes of children, young people and families. They aim to help children feel they belong by helping families in different ways such as: fostering and adoption, disability and coping with domestic violence.

 

I would really appreciate any support you can give. Financial would be preferred but I also need encouragement to go through with the abseil!!
