I am cycling from Ewloe to Dolgellau on Saturday 23rd September to raise money for a fantastic cause - Age Cymru.

Age Cymru is our staff charity this year and a team of dedicated staff are Riding the Nation in four days to raise as much money as possible.

I will be joining the team for the first day - the toughest leg - from our office in the North to the west coast of Wales.
