I'm taking part in the East London Big Push on 13th September. it's a 5k walk / buggy push to raise funds & awareness of postnatal depression & isolation in new parents.

All money donated to the East London Big Push campaign will be used to develop and improve services to counter postnatal depression and isolation in new parents including training for volunteers, support group development and projects to support people to spot symptoms and signs earlier.
