I supported this worthwhile charity in 2013/14, My fitness improved, i, raised money for a worthy cause and, made some new friends, so why wouldn't I do it again?!

Being a parent myself I realise the importance of allowing children to do their best and reach their potential. The PC Nicola Memorial Fund gives children  the opportunity of doing this..
