Born Too Soon was established in 1985 to offer information and support to parents of small pre-term babies and new born infants requiring specialist care on the Neonatal Unit at Kingston Hospital NHS Trust and also to raise money to purchase much needed equipment in the Unit.Supporting families.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you know, I came into contact with the Born Too Soon charity after my son Ashton was cared for in the Neo Natal unit in Kingston Hospital. I was moved by the level of care and support this unit offered to premature babies and their immediate families. Ashton was only in there for 2 weeks, but I have to say that was probably the most difficult 2 weeks of my life, and so I had a small understanding of how difficult the process must be for parents and families who have babies in the unit for much longer amounts of time.

Since Ashton came out of there I wanted to help the charity in some way, so I helped the charity to become the staff chosen charity at my work, and am now jumping out of a plane on the 14th May with a group of colleagues.
