Signed up for the Southend Half Marathon a few weeks back on the spur of the moment. Didn't really think about all the training i'd need to put in at the time, but it has been fun if not a little challenging.

Hope to raise a bit of money for the National Kidney Federation, who are a great charity and who support the likes of my Dad, who had kidney failure a few years ago but has had a transplant since and made a full recovery. Please give what ever you can, and if you're free on the day, Sunday June 10th, come down to Southend-on-Sea to watch the event take place. I'll be wearing my Swansea shirt :)
