<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;">To those of who I don’t regularly communicate with I shamelessly ask that you read, consider my pain and see if you can spare some of your hard earned funds.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;">So this year between May 9 and 12 I am riding circa 300 miles from Paris to London.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I am reliably informed by people that have done it that this will include me having to apply various creams to my nether regions in order to protect from saddle sore, most of which won’t work and that I won’t be able to sit down for a week after the event.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The ride is over 3.5 days covering 95 miles on day one and then a mere 75/70/60 on the following three days.</span></span></p>
