There are not many people in and around Ipswich who have not been touched in some way by St Elizabeths Hospice. Recently I have known three people who have received wonderful care from the Hospice, and it is not just the patients but also the family that receive excellent care and support too.

To show my support for all their wonderful work that they do I have decided to fundraise for them by competing in the Racing The Planet Sahara Race in October 2010, this is a 6 day ultra marathon and involves travelling 250km's across the Sahara Desert in Egypt.
