In a moment of madness, I put my name down for abseiling down the side of 20 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf...... 230 feet i am led to believe, or 70 metres if you prefer metric

Why you may ask ?? .... to raise money for the London Air Ambulance, a charity which as a LondonBiker is very close to many of our hearts, one which we hope we never have to use but is always there for whovever may need it where ever in the capital they may be.

Please help me to help them by sponsoring me to do this stupid/crazy/mad/scarey yet exciting thing.
