Colin and I are running for the Stars Appeal this time, a charity that raises funds for state of the art equipment for the children's unit at Salisbury District Hospital, which treats over 6,000 children every year. What they raise in the 10k we are running Sunday is a vital part of the funds they get through the year so they can provide help to children with cancer, meningitis and so many other difficult illnesses.

So we are asking every one of our friends, particularly those with children, to please find a pound or two to helps us help them.
