I am running the 10K Race for Life in Sutton Coldfield this year as part of the Heart FM team for the Midlands, in association with Have a Heart Charity

I lost my gorgeous mum at the age of 62 to cancer 6 years ago and the heartache and loss is still with me each day and will be forever. The pain and grief  caused to our family was devastating and I want to do something to help make a difference

I know that virtually everyone of us at some point is affected by this horrible disease either personally or through some we love but the  good news is stories are evolving every single day with regard to treatments so now is the time we pushed this disease out of all our lives for good!
