As many of you will know, I have named Action for M.E. as my sponsored charity for my runs both last year and this. Lots of people have been incredibly generous in donating, and I'm really grateful. I think this is going to be my last formal run for a while, so am asking you one last time to please dig deep for this fantastic charity.
