I'm planning a few festive POP UP classes over the holidays! Lots of options to work at a level that suits you.

Weather permitting Boxing Day and Hogmanay will be outdoors at South Beach Troon (both at 10am) the big grassy area where we normally do our warm ups. We will be socially distanced 2-3 metres apart. Tue 29th Dec will be via Zoom @7pm! Please message me via FB or IG for the Zoom codes for this.

Minimum donation for all 3 classes £15, please give what you can. All the money will go directly the South Ayrshire Foodbank.
