Whilst the majority of you will be enjoying a precious Saturday morning  (5th December) chilling out and recovering from the excesses of Friday night, Faye, Lisa and Sue will be putting several months of hard training to the test by sprinting up and down 8 miles of muddy hills and through deep watery ditches.  We may have to stop occasionally to scrape the ice, snow and mud from our trainers and allow the competition to catch us up.
