Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you all know Jo sadly passed away on Tuesday 14th June. She was generous, lively and selfless, bringing energy and happiness to everyone she knew and met. Even up until her very last day, Jo put others before herself and valuing everyone's needs before her own.

Her passing is a tragic loss to many, especially those close to her. Some may never meet a woman as strong, independent and kind as her and feel there is a part of them missing. However, Jo would have wanted people to smile and remember the good times, not dwell on what could have been. She requested her funeral was a celebration of her life and not a time to mourn the loss.

Instead of sending flowers, she asked that people would make donations to a charity very close to her heart; Cotswold Care Hospice provides free support to people with life-limiting illnesses. It was a place Jo could go to talk to counsellors or others in similar situations as her's. As well as this, she would make use of the complementary therapies, such as massage and reiki, and creative therapy activities.

Cotswold Care Hospice receives a small percentage of funding from the NHS and relies on the generosity of the public for the rest of its funding. Jo always said the Hospice helped her through a difficult time and provided a sanctuary where she could collect her thoughts and reflect on life. She wanted to give something back and this is her way of doing so.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you
