Story

Dear All,

After negotiating volcanic ash clouds, medivac’d team leaders, collapsing team members, hail storms, sub-zero camping at altitude, celebrities continually getting in our way, roast guinea pig for dinner, primitive toilet facilities (flushing consisted of a handful of soil!), class B drugs (well, coca leaf tea), and climbing the equivalent of five times Ben Nevis, Mum and I can confirm that there is a major Inca ruin on top of a mountain in darkest Peru!

Thank you so much for helping us raise funds for an extremely worthwhile charity; the Multiple Sclerosis Trust*.

You ought to know that all of our costs - ships, hot air balloons, yaks, funicular railways, stretcher bearers etc. - were paid for by ourselves, so, EVERYTHING you donate will go directly to the Multiple Sclerosis Trust.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
