This year we have two Accenture teams competing in a 3 day corporate adventure race in June in the glorious, but no doubt very hilly and challenging terrain of Dartmour. The race involves trail running, mountain biking and canoeing (and that’s the easy part) with all stages involving elements of strategy, puzzle solving, orienteering and building. We’re trying to raise £3,000 for the Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust which provides young people with the chance to work with, be inspired by, and learn from the experience of world class sports stars.

The world-class athletes mentor and support young people across the country through a range of personal development programmes. Olympians, Paralympians, and world champions know what it takes to overcome adversity, and still have the will to succeed, not only in sport, but in life too.
