Fifteen members of the University of Liverpool Management School will be running/jogging/limping a 6.2 mile circuit of Sefton Park on Sunday 4th May, as Team ULMS takes on the Liverpool Spring 10k.

Team ULMS are: Lisa Anderson, Luc Bostock, David Brookfield, Lynne Crook, Luke Dowdall, Supriya Garikipati, Julia Hodgson, Rachael Lucas, Rebecca Lumberg, Jo Meehan, Viv Moss,  Carmen Tunney Harper, Sue Whelan, Kieran Maguire and Nicola Wood.

We'll be raising funds for the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, which supports the leading cancer treatment centre for people in our area.  The Charity funds a range of vital research, equipment and support services that would otherwise be unavailable.  This year, it aims to raise money to transform a radiotherapy theatre and a diagnostic imaging department, as well as to fund purpose-built waiting and recovery areas.  Money is also being raised to fund a "Headstrong" room, where patients affected by hair loss can try on wigs and hats and learn to tie headscarves in a variety of styles.
