We are a group of 7 brothers who are going to trek around 50km (30 miles) of the Great Wall of China in April 2010 to raise money for two worthy projects.
The first project will involve setting up at least one horticultural garden for two hundred women in Mauritania, Africa.
This income generation project will indirectly benefit 10,000 people. More information on this project can be found on the following link:
http://www.uwt.org/site/project_details.asp?id=201
Our second project will involve the building of at least one water well in rural Bangladesh, which will be managed by Hope Foundation Trust (Reg no. 1125660).
Water is one of the prime essentials in life. Yet millions of people around the world have no access to water and the crisis continues.
The direct beneficiaries of this project will be approx 30 households.
Thanks in advance for your generous donation
