Each year Capita run an event called "The Capita Challenge". 

It's a bit like the krypton factor meets mastermind.  Its fun, its outdoors, it's held in the grounds of a stately home, and it has nothing to do with IT.  It is competitive, and there can only be one winner. 

This year, Capita HR Solutions IT are submitting a team to this event.  Our team name is "Unclear Requirements" and our team is made up of:

 - Paul Goddard
 - Colin Symon
 - Andrew Irish
 - Ian Bowden

The reason for doing this is to raise money for a good cause - The Prince's Trust.
