When I was born at Queen Charlottes Hospital, 3 months early and weighing a tiny 1lb 90z, the doctors gave me just 48hrs to live... on March 11th, I celebrated my 31st birthday in great health.
I am one of the lucky ones, however, many premature babies lose their fight for life because they are born too soon. It costs £1,600 per baby, per day to run the equipment which is used to help them survive such as ventilators, heart monitors and incubators. Please please help me give back to this amazing cause! Together, we can save these lives. Who knows who these little miracles will grow up to become....?
