Every two hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire is a national charity that provides practical help, supporting spinal cord injured people from injury to independence.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On visiting the Aspire National Training Centre at Stanmore and joining in a game of wheelchair basketball, we were so impressed with what they are doing for people with spinal injuries that we committed there and then to do some fundraising on their behalf.

So a few of us thought we would set ourselves a challenge that was relevant to our business and be a bit of a personal stretch, to raise as much money as we can..so the Uxbridge to Wakefield ride was born!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Many thanks

Nick P, Pete, Stuart, Emma, Nick B, Ricky, Ali and Lorraine
