The VCMF is a fund I set up in memory of my dear mum who left a huge hole in all our lives on December 8th 2008 when she lost her short battle with cancer aged just 50. This page is to keep her memory alive whilst supporting others.

Hello!

And welcome to the latest fundraising page of the Veronica Claxton memorial fund, a fund I set up after the passing of my mum Veronica from cancer in 2008 and one which has now donated £300,000 to good causes.

Once again we are fantastically well represented at this years London Marathon, my participation in my 5th London marathon is looking doubtful due to surgery on a severe back injury in early 2019, but we have Will Reader back again for his 2nd Marathon for us and our great supporter Felicity Parker-Seale running her first London Marathon for us after successfully completing Brighton in 2018. Regardless of my participation I will be fundraising as normal to help us reach targets for the wonderful CLIC Sargent supporting children with cancer.

As always we know everyone has their own causes they love to support but if you have a spare fiver please consider supporting us and our cause.

Thanks so much for your time
