Last year my best friend (Barrie) lost his mum (Rita) to cancer. She was cruelly taken away from us and will be sadly missed but never forgotten. For me by taking part in the charity event will mark a remembrance to her whilst also raising money to give back to the charities that supported Rita in time of her need.
