Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People (QEF) is a disability charity based in Surrey, with national reach. We have more than 85 years’ experience of developing innovative services which support almost 10,000 disabled people a year to achieve their potential and increase their independence.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

It's that time of year again when I put on my cycling gear and take part in a 26 mile cycle ride around Surrey.
Last year it poured with rain but I am optimistic that this Sunday (20th) the sun will shine for me.

The local charity I am raising money for is:

Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation encourages and enables adults with disabilities to increase independence and improve life skills. The Foundation’s aim is to ensure that adults in the United Kingdom with disabilities can access the training and support required to achieve their goals.

So worthwhile! please sponsor me every little counts....

Thank you!
