Hello everybody,

I don't know why we have done this but we have decided to enter the 'Run to the Beat' half marathon. This takes place on the 27 September which is only 59 days away! Neither of us have done anywhere near this distance before so the next few weeks training are going to be very tough for us.  We would very much appreciate your sponsorship to spur us on and to help the kiddies of course!
