Hello!

As most of you know I am not an athletic person by any stretch of the imagination, but I have decided to take part in the 45 mile Palace to Palace Bike Ride this October, raising money for the Prince's Trust.

It's going to be a massive challenge for me (and hugely entertaining for any on-lookers) so I'd really appreciate any donations towards this great cause!
