I am pretty sure when this was first mentioned it was 10k .. as it happens it would appear it is somewhere between 10 and 12 miles with obstacles !  Right now I can run (slight exaggeration) up to 9 miles .. but I have a few weeks left right ?

Seriously, not only is this a great personal challenge but it is also a brilliant opportunity to raise some funds for the amazing Macmillan Cancer Support Team.  Having seen just some of the great work that they do .. I am sure in the end I will feel it was worth it ! :)
