Sam Shaw, is bravely battling Neuroblastoma and to give him the very best chance of survival he needs follow up treatment in America. Without this treatment it is very likely that the cancer will return. The treatment will cost £250,000 and the NHS will not fund it. If the cancer returns then it would be incurable

Sam is the same age as my litlle girl and lives in the same village. I can't imagine what his family are going through and want to help as much as possible. With this treatment we can give Sam the chance to have an amazing chance at life.
