Hi everyone!

Thanks for sponsoring me for the virgin london marathon 2010. Every penny you donate goes towards providing specialist services to transform the lives of patients with brain damage and other neurological disorders. The services it provides include; Assessment, Rehabilitation, Disability Management, Long Term Care, Discharge Planning, Respite Care and Technology Assessment. The hospital is funded entirely by charity donations and needs your help- remember every penny counts!

As some of you know, I was definately not born to be a runner, my body was built for rowing! Thats why this is such a massive challenge for me so I know you may get lots of requests coming up to April 25th 2010 but this is most definately a good cause and will be such a big challenge for me.
