Story
We lost Pops (Chris Woodbridge) last October to prostate cancer. Pops was always up for a challenge or adventure and before he died I promised myself I would complete a challenge in his memory and raise money so others don't have to lose their dad, uncle, brother, son to the flippin disease.
My dad was one of 10,000 that died of prostate cancer last year. Awareness of this disease needs to be raised, and that's why Martyn and I want to raise as much money as possible so Prostate Cancer UK can continue to help more men survive.
We've cycled a few miles over the years; Pops would have said "if you can cycle 1 mile you can cycle 2, and if you can cycle 2 you can cycle......." Well, we're going to cycle 300! From Woodbridge in Suffolk to Exeter in Devon (where Pops Woodbridge lived).
Yes it's a challenge over 3 days, yes it's going to be tough, and yes its going to hurt, but it will be nothing like what Pops went through in his last 3 years. We will be putting one of Pops favourite sayings to the test, "Courage isn't finding the energy to carry on, it's carrying on when you cannot find the energy".
So, answer this question.
