On the 7th of July myself and my colleagues will be taking part in the challenging '9 edges of the Peak District Challenge'. The Peak District 9 Edges Challenge is a classic of the area, a walk through breath-taking scenery that takes in the 9 Eastern Edges of the Peak District comprising of Derwent, Stanage, Burbage North, Burbage South, Froggatt, Curbar, Baslow, Gardoms and Birchen Edge. Please support my fundraising for our chosen charity 'Mind', a mental health charity which supports and raises awareness for mental health conditions. One in four of us will experience some kind of mental health condition throughout our lives so I feel it is essential that awareness is continuously raised and research is carried out to better treatment in the future.
