I have never been keen on exercise but I discovered parkrun a couple of years ago and my next run will be my 60th! This has given me confidence to try out my first triathlon!!! I am very nervous but it's good to step out of your comfort zone and its for such a good cause!

As a team we aim to raise £15,000 for Nordoff Robbins (a wonderful music therapy charity for vulnerable people.) I would be so grateful for any sponsorship, just £1 will make a difference.

- £5 will provide a tool for a non verbal child to be able to express themselves beyond words through something as simple as drumsticks

- £50 will pay for a child suffering from cancer to attend a music therapy session

- £250 will pay for a full day of music therapy in a dedicated centre

My target is £250 as I would love to be able to fundraise a full day of music therapy. Thank you for your support.
