I decided to do the 10 mile Great South run in memory of my fun-loving friend Crystal, though had she been doing this event she would have been miles ahead of me! Although it has been nearly 3 years I knew running in Crystal's name would keep me going on those cold evenings in training.

Depression Alliance is a great charity which works to relieve and prevent this treatable condition by providing information and support services to those who are affected by it.
