Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

I thought this was a good idea not realising its 69 miles with over 5,500ft of climbing!! So I've roped my other half Ben and friend Emma into riding with me/pulling me up the hills.

Hopefully I won't get knocked over by a dog this ride and there will be cake at the finish line.
