I am a lucky Mum to a beautiful 1 year old boy, William, who suffers with both bilateral talipes (clubfeet) and as a secondary condition, he also has severe Brachycephaly (flathead syndrome).  The toddle waddle sponsored walk was originally organised to help my family raise the £2000 needed to put William through cranial remoulding treatment to correct his head shape.  Since then we have been fortunate enough to read our target ahead of schedule.  However we'd still like to go ahead with the event, so the money is now being raised through JustGiving.com to be given to the only UK charity for Brachycephaly and Playgiocephaly - HeadStart4Babies!  We need to raise awareness of this distressing condition, which is becoming increasingly common amongst our babies!  The charity try and help families on low incomes to fund the treatment, which is not yet available on the NHS.  They are also petitioning to Downing Street to get the cranial remoulding treatment provided as part of our health care.
