This summer I will be running the 'Trail Wales' Half Marathon which takes place in the Coed Y Brenin Forest, part of Snowdonia National Park.  I am running this half marathon to raise money for LATCH, a fantastic welsh charity that supports children and their families who have been diagnosed with cancer or leukaemia.
