NLAH provides an essential drop in service for at least a hundred homeless and vulnerable people in Hackney every week. Our clients find life very difficult and the support we provide keeps many of them going through tough times.
We want to continue to provide this service for years to come but like many other organisations there is a risk of closure due to lack of funding.
We provide a freshly cooked three course vegetarian meal twice a week, clothing handouts, medical services, drug and alcohol advice and a friendly, safe and social atmosphere for all our guests.
Volunteers give up their time to keep the centre going but unfortunately there are lots of costs that are unavoidable.
We will be cycling 180 miles from Vienna to Budapest in 4 days to raise money for NLAH and really appreciate your donations.
