Brentwood Half Marathon 2014 · 23 March 2014 ·

Every week in the UK, around two families are told their child has neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer. We fund leading research projects to deliver new, effective and kinder treatments for children with neuroblastoma. With your help we can save more young lives.

Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. A group of my friends and I are running as part of a larger number of people, all of whom are raising money for the Neuroblastoma Society.

Lily is a friend of mine's little daughter who has sadly been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, which is a form of childhood cancer. Due to the amazing persistence of her parents, she was diagnosed early, and hopefully the future is looking bright for her. However, we want to raise money for the charity to raise awareness and support Lily and her family.

We are the most unlikely gang of runners, most of us are built for comfort, not for speed, Personally, I can't even run to the loo let alone 21k. But we're going to. So get your wallets out! :)

Thanks!
