UPDATE: The Windsor Half Marathon has been cancelled due to Foot and Mouth so  not to be defeated I will be running the Henley Half Marathon instead on the 14th October. Can't have all that training going to waste now can I?! Thank you to everyone who has sponsored me so far... your money will still be going to Cancer Research and I will still be completing a half marathon.

What's this all about then? Well back in 2005 I did a couple of runs for charity. I enjoyed it so much that I've decided to do it again... only this time it's serious! The Windsor Half Marathon is on September 30th and I'm taking part. It'll be the furthest I'll ever have run and I'm not entirely sure what I've let myself in for but I'm determined to do this and raise some money in the process.

I've decided to raise money for Cancer Research because it's a cause that means a lot to me. Members of my family have been affected by cancer and I believe the work they do is incredibly important.
