This will be my 3rd (annual) bike ride for various charities that I support. It is a team effort and I am thankful for all the people that support this annual charity event by taking part in the ride,  sponsoring the event or providing support.

This year I am riding in memory of my dear mum Nora who passed away on 2nd January 2017 following a four year battle with Dementia. I will be raising money for the Alzeimers society in memory of my mum and hope that the money raised will support or find a cure for Dementia.

Many of you will have sponsored me on previous charity bike rides but if I can please ask you once again to dig deep for this worthy cause your donation will make a difference!

I will be riding over three days from Ghent to Amsterdam as part of a team effort. we will be covering 300 miles from 27thSept - 1st Oct 2017. We pay all our own expenses and the charity receive 100% of your donations.
