<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I work in the construction industry and I am a huge fan of the work of the Lighthouse Club, the number one construction charity, who raise significant funds every year for those who need it in the industry we work in.</p> <p>Like many of you, I met Jennifer Deeney (Lighthouse Club Fundraiser) and her story inspired me to do something to raise funds for the Lighthouse Club.</p> <p>I am by no means a natural athlete any day of the week, but I am a trier and I am starting my fundraising campaign by entering the "Waterford Half Marathon" which takes place on 10th December 2011. I am setting a fundraising target of &pound;3,000 and who knows, if you help me get me there then maybe I will up the bar in 2012. (ps - thats a promise...)</p>
