Well it's the time of year when I need to consider 'doing my bit' - I will be participating in the Sundhine Tri on Sunday 16th August. The North East Sunshine Tri is a popular sprint triathlon, which consists of a 400m indoor pool swim, followed by a 20km cycle and finishes with a 5km run.

Please give a little, (or a lot), to this very worthy cause.

The Sunshine Fund is a specialised fund in the North East of England that aims to enhance the lives of local disabled children and their families through the provision of essential equipment, learning aids and custom built apparatus.
