On Saturday 20th September 2014 I will be trekking to the summit of Ben Nevis in Scotland to raise vital money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.   

Apart from taking on the challenge and helping raise awareness for this cause the inspiration for the climb is my nephew who was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) when he was a baby.  

Cystic Fibrosis  is one of the most common life-threatening diseases in the UK, affecting the internal organs including the lungs and consequently making breathing difficult for sufferers. In fact most sufferers have less than half the lung capacity of the average person.

I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for this worthy cause.  All donations are extremely welcome and appreciated.
