He is almost completely blind and he cannot walk - yet.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;">His hips have not developed properly, and he needs surgery to reconstruct his hip sockets.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;">He needs constant care, stimulation and support to help him interact with the world. In plaster, he is going to need a lot of emotional and practical support and Vishvadakini cannot do this for so long without extra care help.
